Q. What is your return policy?
A. We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of approval to qualify for a full refund.
Q. Are returns free?
A. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was damaged or there was a shipping error.
Q. Do you accept exchanges?
A. No, we do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return the item and place a new order.

You do not need to create an account to log in.
Use the email address you provided at checkout, and our system can send you a login code.

A. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
Q. What if my order is already processing or shipped?
A. Once an order is in processing or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return unwanted items following our return policy.
